After working all year with the elves making toys, then being in the Cobourg Santa Claus parade on Sunday, Santa is taking a well deserved nap at Northumberland Mall! Even with all the incredible shopping going on Santa is sleeping soundly in Centre Court waiting for Saturday, November 19^th at 11:00am, when hundreds of children will gather at Northumberland Mall to help Wake Up Santa!

This year Northumberland Mall has an extra special treat for everyone as Mrs. Claus has enlisted the help of Disney’s Rapunzel to help wake Santa from his slumbers with a spectacular pre-show at 11.00am.

“Wake Up Santa is a magical event that has become an annual tradition for many families as a festive and entertaining way to get into the holiday spirit.” says Marketing Manager Alexis Smith. “You can’t help but feel the magic of the season when witnessing the excitement and anticipation of the children as they sing and cheer to wake up Santa.”

Once Santa is awake, he will remain picture perfect in Centre Court at Northumberland Mall until December 23^rd for Photos with Santa. Santa Photos take place Monday through Friday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm, as well as Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am until 5:00pm. Mondays and Tuesdays are pet friendly as shoppers are invited to have their pets’ pictures taken with Santa Claus.
